Enrolment Terms and Conditions:

• ​Students under 18 years must have the permission of their parent or guardian prior to enrolment.

• Students aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent if attending sessions in person. 

• ​Lesson times will be negotiated directly between the student and tutor, or between the tutor and parent or guardian where applicable.

• ​Lessons are offered on a term by term basis. 

• ​Discounted group holiday intensive lessons are available upon request. 

• Students are required to obtain their own copies of set texts for lessons.

Payments and Cancellations:

• Invoices are issued prior to the commencement of the term and are payable in accordance with the provided due date.

• Students who fail to pay lesson fees will have their enrolment discontinued.

• 24 hours' notice applies to student cancellations or requests to reschedule lessons, otherwise the full fee is payable.

• Should the tutor need to cancel a pre-paid lesson, a new lesson time will be arranged within 7 days. If a new lesson time isn't able to be arranged within 7 days, the lesson fee will be refunded or a credit issued, according to student preference.

• Payment of fees can be made via cash, PayPal or bank deposit.
